Daryl Jones is a former professional baseball player who played for the St. Louis Cardinals. During his time as a player, Daryl was known for his
strong work ethic, dedication to teamwork, and ability to communicate effectively with his teammates. After retiring from baseball, Daryl decided to use his skills and experience to help build up high-performing teams in a different arena: education.
 
Daryl now works as a consultant, helping schools and educational organizations build teams of high-performing teachers and students. He uses his expertise in communication, teamwork, and leadership to help educators and students learn how to better listen to one another, work together effectively, and build strong communities.
 
He also helps students develop an entrepreneurial mentality, teaching them the skills they need to think outside the box, take initiative, and succeed in whatever they choose to do.
Daryl's work is driven by a deep belief in the power of education to change lives, and he is passionate about helping young people develop the skills and mindset they need to succeed. He has been recognized for his work by various educational organizations. He is also a motivational speaker and author of
